Offering buyouts would require us to constantly replace lost recurring revenue, shifting our focus to sales instead of serving existing clients. Our current model allows us to prioritize our clients — responding quickly, managing updates, and being hands-on — rather than chasing new projects each month. Maintaining that steady relationship is what allows us to deliver exceptional service and long-term value.
Absolutely. We offer an optional add-on for $100/month that includes unlimited content edits and ongoing support. Like our core subscription, this requires a 12-month minimum commitment. To ensure stability and consistent service, it can’t be paused and resumed month to month. If the add-on is canceled and later reinstated, a new 12-month term would begin. This helps us maintain a reliable workflow and continue providing timely, high-quality support.

Each invoice includes a 7-day grace period for payment. A $25 late fee will be applied to any invoice not settled within that window. For subscription clients, if multiple invoices remain unpaid over an extended period, we reserve the right to terminate the contract. In such cases, the client will be responsible for the full standard cost of the website.
We understand that circumstances can vary, and we strive to be flexible and supportive. However, if there is a lack of communication or repeated non-responsiveness, we must take appropriate measures to ensure fair compensation for the time and work invested.
The $150 fee for each additional page is a one-time charge, not a recurring monthly cost. For example, adding three extra pages would be a single $450 payment. This ensures clarity and avoids unexpected ongoing fees.
When you sign a contract—whether for a lump sum or a subscription—your satisfaction with the design is our top priority. If we’re unable to create a design you’re fully satisfied with and you choose not to move forward, we will refund your initial payment. However, once the project proceeds into development, payments are non-refundable. Any exceptions beyond that stage will be considered at our discretion.
